Alpers Engineering Group provided commissioning services for the new 268,000-square-foot High School Campus Building located in Winchester, California. Our firm completed both the Design Review and Construction Commissioning.

The project is a large campus with (10) school buildings including Administration, Gym, Commons, six (6) Classroom buildings, Theater and Student Union. The commissioned systems included Packaged Rooftop Gas/Electric HVAC units, Air Handlers with VAV boxes, Split System Fan Coils, Exhaust Fans, Hot Water Boilers and Pump, and Domestic Hot Water Systems. The Siemens DDC Controls System was interfaced with the District Wide EMS. Finally the lighting control system and irrigation system were commissioned.
