This project’s scope of work included replacement of all DDC controls, as well as air and water balance for the two-story office building. During this renovation, this high-security building remained fully operational while the controls installation, balance, and commissioning were conducted with only minimal impact to the occupants. The project included commissioning for new HVAC controls and the existing heating hot water and chilled water system controls. The control device operation was verified, sensors were tested for calibration accuracy, and the control system sequences were functionally tested.
