PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Building OT4 DDC improvements included the replacement of HVAC DDC controls for the twenty-seven (27) existing variable volume air handler units, one hundred twenty-four (124) existing VAV boxes, seven (7) existing exhaust fans, four (4) new Anti-Terrorism Force Protection (ATFP) switches, and the existing Building OT61 heating hot water system controls. New water flow meters were installed on the chilled water and heating hot water system building loops and new airflow-monitoring stations were installed on the air handler units (including outside air, return air, and exhaust airflow monitoring stations, each depending on the specific units).
