PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Tenant improvements to renovate and expand the existing data center on the first floor. Interior tenant improvements include partial demolition of the existing data center to accommodate the new expansion design. The new data center includes a solo data center, network operations center (NOC), comm room, conference room, (3) offices, and a break room. In order to support the new data center, the existing, raised access floor, ceiling, lighting, and mechanical HVAC were replaced, including the UPS in the basement level. A new redundant UPS system was added to the first floor.

Exterior improvements will include the addition of a new mechanical yard for HVAC equipment. This area will be security-enhanced and is protected by a vandal-resistant enclosure.
