Alpers Engineering Group provided commissioning services for the new 100,000-square-foot High School Campus Building located in Carlsbad, California. This project was designed using CHPS guidelines and Cal Green requirements.

The High School Campus includes five (5) school buildings. The HVAC system is a Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) system and serves all buildings. The lighting control system includes variable day lighting control. The campus DDC automation system complete with graphics was tested and integrated with the VRF.
