Project Description: The project is a new 69,200 square foot office building with warehouse, kitchen, and server room areas. The project construction was started in early 2019 and finished in early 2020.

Systems were commissioned per 2016 CA Title 24, Part 6 requirements and scope included testing for HVAC equipment, HVAC controls, associated electrical as related to HVAC systems, lighting control systems, plumbing systems. Design phase reviews, submittal reviews, PFCs, and installation walks were performed on 100% of the equipment.
