Project Description: The project delivered a new 14,000 square ft., two story, operations office building and site improvements for the San Elijo Joint Powers Authority water reclamation facility. Site improvements included new driveways and parking, hardscape and landscape, perimeter fencing, site lighting, retaining walls and trash enclosure. The project was designed by RNT Architects, IDS Group Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing, and Landscape by MW Peltz Assoc.

Systems were commissioned based on ASHRAE Guideline 0-2013, Guideline 1.1-2007, AABC (ACG) commissioning procedures, California Title 24 2016 Requirements, and Owner’s Project Requirements. Commissioning was performed through the design, construction, and closeout phases of the project.
